Account Registration & Setup

Registering for an Account 

1.  Go to www.zippymh.com/pay

2.  On the right side select Register Now.

3.  Complete the New Account Information and then select Enroll. 

4.  Once within the Portal, the next step is to link your home loan account to your profile for future payments. 

 

Setting Up a Wallet 

1.  To set up the method of payment, select My Wallet from the left navigation toolbar. 

2.  Select Add Payment Method. 

3.  Complete the required fields for the desired choice of payment.

4.  Once added, the payment method will be saved in My Wallet for future payments.

 

Making a Payment

1.  To make a payment on your loan, either select Pay Bill from the home screen or Pay My Bill from the left navigation toolbar.

2.  On the next screen, enter the following information:

      a.  Payment Amount

      b.  Select to Pay Now or schedule the payment for a Later date.

      c.  Select method of payment.

      d.  Then select Continue

3.  Verify the payment information on the next screen and Check the box to authorize payment.

4.  Select Pay $x.xx to complete the payment.

 

Setting Up Autopay

1.  To set up auto payments for your loan, select AutoPay from the left navigation toolbar.

2.  Then select Add Schedule.

3.  On the next few screens, complete the following steps:

  • Select the account.
  • Select the payment method.
  • Select which day of the month you prefer payment to be scheduled.
  • Verify the payment information and Check the box to authorize payment.
  • Then select Create AutoPay.

4.  Going back to AutoPay you will find your scheduled payment, the date the auto payments start and your next payment due date.

 

Changing Username & Password

  1. To update Username or Password, select My Profile from the left navigation toolbar.
  2. Here you can update General Details or Login Details like Username or Password.

3.  Once all changes are complete, select Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

One Time Payment Portal 

1.  Go to www.zippymh.com/pay 

2.  On the left side under the Make One Time Payment section, select PAY NOW.

3.  The next step is to enter your home loan Account Information. 

4.  Select Continue.

5.  The next screen will auto populate all of the information related to the Account. 

6.  Verify the information is correct. 

7.  Select to Pay Now or schedule the payment for a Later date. 

8.  Select desired method of payment and enter the corresponding information in the required fields. 

9.  Once all required fields are complete, select Continue. 

10.  Confirm the payment information on the next screen and Check the box to authorize payment. 

11.  Select Pay $x.xx to complete the payment.
