Tim O’Connor

Tim has been in the mortgage industry for the past 14 years; prior to that, he served in the U.S. Navy for over six years as a Combat Search and Rescue team lead. 

Over the past decade, Tim has been heavily involved in the Fintech start-up mortgage industry, most recently building and running a nationwide mortgage company for a publicly traded company funding over $20-30 million a month.

He hired and trained over 40 teammates in both the sales and operations space. Tim has an extensive knowledge of the lending process, optimizing sales growth and creating phenomenal culture and team atmosphere.
