Liz Galaviz

Liz leads Closing, Post-Close and Servicing at Zippy. 

Liz has been in the manufactured housing and mortgage servicing industry for over 20 years. 

She began her career with Green Tree and managed a complex, distressed MH portfolio. Most recently, Liz built a mortgage servicing platform from the ground up for a large financial institution with over 2,200 employees. 

Liz has expertise in handling default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, property preservation, GSE claims, and REO. Thanks to her thorough experience, she is also highly effective at establishing operational and business controls. 

Liz attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Finance degree.
