Chris Donsbach
Head of Community Partnerships
Chris leads Community Sales & Success as Head of Community Partnerships at Zippy. Chris is responsible for community selection, underwriting, onboarding and consumer lending ramp.
Chris has over a decade of experience in the Manufactured Housing industry.
Prior to joining Zippy, Chris built and managed Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance’s commercial real estate mortgage team, lending over $100 million each year to Manufactured Housing Community owners.
Within his various roles in the industry, Chris developed expertise in commercial real estate banking, underwriting, operations, servicing, and analytics management partnering with businesses to leverage mortgage debt on income-producing properties.
Chris also boasts a background as an Acquisitions Manager working in mortgage loan capital and secondary markets with a focus on Fannie, Freddie, and Ginnie bulk and flow transfers. He is skilled in asset valuations, operations, business development, underwriting, project management, and risk assessment.
Chris graduated from Carson-Newman University with a BA in English Literature and Political Science.
Chris has been a dedicated member of the Mortgage Bankers Association since 2015.
