Victoria Martin
Head of Underwriting & Processing
Victoria leads Zippy’s Underwriting and Processing teams.
Before joining Zippy, Victoria was a Mortgage Underwriting Team Lead at Better.com, helping to revolutionize the way the mortgage industry does business by leveraging technology to improve the customer experience in the home lending space.
Prior to that, Victoria spent nine years in the mortgage division of PenFed Credit Union in various leadership roles. She was responsible for creating, developing, and managing multiple teams in various locations that owned mortgage originations from loan consultation through funding.
Victoria graduated with an MBA from Bellevue University, MA in English Literary Studies, BA in English Literature, and BA in Secondary Education from the University of Wyoming.
